This event is for team members working in primary care, emergency department, immediate care, and oral health. Food & Beverage are provided at no cost. Dinner served at 5:30.

A shorter version of this presentation will be at Grand Rounds at St. Charles from 7-8am Friday January 31st, and 1 CME will be available. There is no need to register through Eventbrite if you only intend to attend Grand Rounds.
