The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, Steelworkers' Auditorium, Saturday, 29. June 2019

The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe is a text and movement contemporary ballet utilizing C.S. Lewis' classic story.  Performance running time is 90 minutes, with a 10 minute intermission.  Sections of the story are narrated throughout.  The show is excellent for children and families.  We reccomend children are at least three years old.  The show features a cast of dancers ages 3-35.
Join us as we follow Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy through a magic wardrobe into the winter wonderland of Narnia.  There they discover the land and all of its inhabiting creatures are cursed with an eternal winter by an evil queen.  Faced with the choice to flee back to the other side of the wardrobe door, their hearts are tested to find the courage, love and forgiveness to battle the darkest force in the universe.  Through their journey, they learn who they are destined to become as they discover their hope in the greatest good.
