Transformative Art Therapy for Positive Changes, South Pasadena Pain Relief Center, Saturday, 23. March 2019

South Pasadena Pain Relief Center and Move the Community Series presents-
Do you desire loving relationships, prosperity, and a healthy body? YES?
However, negative thoughts and beliefs tend to blind us to the good of life while instilling pain and despair. To counteract this, positive affirmations become positive thoughts that cancel out negativity through regular and consistent reciting, reading, and awareness of them. With time and repetition, these positive affirmations become keys to unlocking the door to the treasures of your life.
Designed for the busy professional, the working parent, and those who seek a moment of peace and reflection, graphic artist and educator Suzanne Kelley will guide you in transformative art therapy which includes meditation, breathwork, determining your own affirmations and creating a Positive Pyramid; a useful, visual tool for life transformation. You can take your positive pyramid home and use it to cancel out any negativity blocking your own success. You can change your life!
WORKSHOP BONUS - PROTECT YOUR BACK!  Dr. Mike Howell of South Pasadena Pain Relief Center will provide essential information in a 10-minute pre-workshop presentation on how to protect your back from overusing computers at home and/ or the office.
