You are invited to attend this free resiliency workshop and be part of this collective conversation about what helps people bounce back from adversity. This two-hour free resiliency workshop covers:Resilience Theory: How to adapt and overcome adversity including potentially traumatic events. Operational Resilience: Proven strategies for organizations to adapt to disruptions while maintaining operational efficiency. Body Based Mindfulness: A proven strategy to use action and movement to interrupt anxiety, overcome fear, encourage humor, improve mood, promote resilience, and enhance teamwork (Includes live demo). Making Funnies: An anonymous nationwide research study on humor, resilience, and posttraumatic stress.
