* Connected Campus Vision in Action (Jenn Haas, University of St. Thomas, with Mark Brecheisen, Xede Consulting Group) - Since the Fall of 2017, we have begun a more intentional journey toward extending Salesforce across other University functions and creating a Connected Campus.  In this session we’ll talk about our Planning Process and our Program Governance that we are using to continue to optimize Recruiting and Admissions, but also extend Salesforce to Development, Alumni Relations, Marketing & Communications, Events, Analytics, and Student Success.
*Admin Tips and Tricks - How to Improve Your Data Quality (Farrah Friedrich and Mike Walter, University of St. Thomas).  Admin Tips and Tricks is always one of our most popular sessions as you can learn from users at other universities.  Our presenters this time are from University of St. Thomas  where they have been on the Salesforce trail since kicking off in November 2014. They'll share things they've learned along the way and a few solutions they're using to help you get on the right path to clean data.

This presentation will cover the Case object and how we use it to address an extremely wide array of user needs. Standard Salesforce functionality, as well as some of our customizations and installed apps, will be discussed.
* EASY Does It - Open Source Application Solution (Kathy Lueckeman, Maryville University) - The Enterprise Application Solution for Yield (EASY) is the free application-for-anything solution that Maryville University open-sourced through the for Change grant program. The solution includes tools to create multiple, unique applications, a "builder" so that permissioned users can create their own application questions (empowering users and minimizing system administrator work), and an application administration and review process (reader). This session will include an overview of the solution with resources for implementation.
* Powering the Connected Campus  (Zach Svendsen, Jitterbit) - With 150,000+ SaaS apps today, the success of many higher education initiatives requires surfacing critical data to Salesforce in an automated fashion and providing a tailored experience to students, faculty, and alumni. Learn how universities and colleges are utilizing integration to power that connected campus and putting Salesforce at the epicenter.
