Vector-borne Infectious Diseases

This conference will bring together many of the world’s experts on vector-borne diseases to provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art information on vector biology and transmission, epidemiology and disease control, host defense and human immune responses to infection, diagnosis, pathogenesis and treatment, and vaccines and therapeutics. The conference will be held in the spectacular Moody Gardens Spa and Convention Center, a famous educational tourist destination, on Galveston Island, near the University of Texas Medical Branch, a premiere institution for the study of infectious diseases.
