Weekly, 45-minute Zoom meeting to prioritize well-being and tackle social isolation via technology.

About this Event

Every Wednesday at 2p PST, participants focus on one of the six dimensions of Ikigai Well-Being. Each meeting includes a small-group breakout session to discuss the well-being dimension, create a 7-day well-being goal, and connect with community.
