This expertly facilitated forum has been carefully designed as a space reserved for the unique challenges faced by today's professional woman in leadership roles in corporate, non-profit and public and private boards.  Women will gather from all backgrounds and disciplines to discuss the solutions to obstacles faced and construct plans for personal and collective success.  This is a limited registration women only event.  Affinity group and professional network sessions are planned. 
Our facilitator, Dethra U. Giles, is an international speaker, executive coach and award-winning author that delivers highly engaging and interactive presentations and workshops that take audiences on a journey of how leadership and personal development mastery can change an organization. 
Having worked with clients like the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Army Corp of Engineers and the Salvation Army and Kaiser Permanente, Dethra shares insightful stories of successes and failures in the trenches, and then invites her audiences to apply these examples to their own situations. She has served as adjunct faculty at the Federal Executive Institute, Georgia State University, Mercer University and as a faculty member for Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses and the Tory Burch Foundation. She is the author of the book “Unstuck: Discovering Career Limiting Actions” and “Employeepreneur: 10 Entrepreneur Strategies to Manage Your Career Like a Business.” According to Dethra, her job is to deliver real results to her clients by optimizing performance and eliminating distractions.
