Does the thought of putting on spandex and bending over in front of a group of people fill you with dread? Great news! Yoga isn’t just for slim, flexible, able-bodied people, it’s for everyBODY!
This body positive class is for people who normally look at the proverbial “yoga body” and think “nope, no way, not me.” In this class, we will celebrate all our bodies in their various shapes, sizes and abilities, while practicing some gentle, liberating yoga poses that get you feeling relaxed, uplifted and at home in your body—just as it is!
This class is great for beginners, or for people who want to learn great ways to modify poses for your body’s needs. Wear something comfy that you can move around in easily—no spandex required!

About Megan Rose:
Megan Rose is passionate about applying the power and healing of Yoga to help us transform how we think about our bodies and to grow our self love to greater depths. Her classes bring her students into the inner landscape of the poses through gentle yet potent breath-work and alignment. Megan is also a Holistic Healing Practitioner specializing in Bodywork, Hypnotherapy, Energy Healing, and Spiritual Counseling. She holds an M.A. from the Graduate Theological Union, and is a Ph.D. candidate in the school of Consciousness and Transformation, department of East-West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
