Yoga Nidra - is a conscious awareness practice, which helps you to return to that state of stillness. Creating a refreshing and energising "Awake Sleep" experience, that helps you to become calm, centred and connected.
Throughout the pandemic, Arlene has been running these Sunday workshops, to help us all to be revitalized, whilst living with the trauma of social distancing.
The experience of those that have attended are: "I feel energized after the session". "It has helped me to deal with my anxiety." "I love our weekly routine, and community". "I didn't know what to expect, but this has completely centred me."
Arlene is a yoga teacher of 20 years +, and has been teaching this practice for a couple of years more intensely. Her Scaravelli Yoga classes are run twice weekly, Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings; and you are welcome to join her fusion of breath work, gravity work, Qi Kung and letting go thrugh the practice of yoga.
