Come and give your stache a stretch at Zen For Men!As students, our mental health is put to the test semester after semester. We often forget how vital it is to let our minds rest. With exams just around the corner, it is important to give our bodies and our minds a stretch before the final bend.We will be hosting 2 yoga sessions on Monday, November 19 from 11:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 2:00pm. Limited spots are available in each session, students must message the JMOSB Facebook page to reserve their preferred time slot. 

*Yoga mat required.---------In 2011, a few JMSB male and female students successfully raised funds and awareness for men's health. Today, dozens of students and professors from the John Molson School of Business come together to raise thousands of dollars which help make a difference. While the progress for men’s health has been tremendous, there is still a long way to go.You can donate at:
