Join us for a one day class for pregnant women and their partners. This childbirth class focuses on the labor and delivery process. Participants will learn changes to the woman’s body during pregnancy, signs of labor, what to expect during labor and delivery process, breathing & relaxation techniques, comfort and pain management, the role of the support person and post-partum care. This class also includes a tour of our Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby Units. Class in on the second floor of the Pavilion for Women and Children (entry level from the garage) in the Kathy Hunt Learning Center. Cancellation & Refunds: A full refund will be issued to participants if class is cancelled. We are unable to issue refunds for cancellations within five business days of class.
