Badges sold on Eventbrite can only be in person at the convention venue using your confirmation email. CAN I PICK UP A BADGE FOR MY FRIEND? Yes, you can pickup a friend’s badge at the Registration Desk if you have their Confirmation Email, and a photocopy of their Photo ID. Note that once the badge has been given to you, you are now responsible to deliver it to your friend; they cannot pick up another from the Registration Desk. IF I CANNOT ATTEND AFTER PURCHASING A BADGE, CAN I GET A REFUND? Refund requests must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
